Leaks & concerns
Get a closer look when stains, missing materials, or other warning signs appear.
From a leak that needs answers to a roof you’re planning to buy or maintain, The Roof Inspectors help you understand its condition and the next sensible step.

Before paying for a replacement because of an insurance notice, ask about a remaining-life inspection.
Request a roof-life inspectionUnder Florida Statute § 627.7011(5), insurers cannot deny issuance or renewal solely due to roof age when the roof is under 15 years old.
For roofs 15 years or older, homeowners must be allowed an inspection, at their expense, before replacement is required as a condition of issuance or renewal. If an authorized inspector finds at least five years of useful life remaining, the insurer cannot deny issuance or renewal solely because of roof age.
Contact The Roof Inspectors about an inspection and written remaining-life report or letter, if the findings support it. Confirm our inspector’s approval and documentation requirements with your insurer before scheduling.
This protection applies to policies issued or renewed from July 1, 2022. The inspector must be insurer-approved and meet the statute’s qualifications. Other lawful underwriting reasons can still affect coverage; a letter does not guarantee renewal. Mobile home policies are excluded.
